Terms and Conditions

If you choose monthly payments, your payments will be processed on the 15th of each month for the duration of your subscription that you've chosen. Once that time has been completed, your subscription will not renew again.

Cancel anytime (with a $30 cancellation fee) by emailing support@idobox.ca

If you wish to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your next billing. Once payment has been processed your box will be prepared for shipping. In the event that you cancel your subscription after a payment has processed that box will still be shipped and the cancellation will take affect for the following month.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will gladly provide a replacement.
